Adding a Master Data alert

Location: Alerts > Master Data

The Master Data page provides two type of alerts, Master Data Error alert and Master Data Summary alert.

  • Master Data Error alert sends information regarding any processing errors that occur during Master Data processing.

  • Master Data Summary alert generates information regarding any Master Data feed sent in by an ERP process and the results of that processing.

Here’s how to add a Master Data alert:

  1. Click Add Master Data Error Alert or Add Master Data Summary Alert.

  2. Select the alert of the desired Master Data Alert.

  3. Select Activate Master Data Alert to activate the alert.

  4. Select the send address from the Alert Sender Address field.  This is the email address that sends notification of the alert.

  5. Select the receiver and contacts that should receive this alert from the Alert Receiver Lists and Contacts field.

  6. Click the Paper Clip icon to add the list or contact.

  7. Repeat steps 4 and 5 for additional alert recipients.

  8. Click Save.
