What is the User Details Report?

The User Details Report page (Reports > Setup Reports > User Details Report) provides a list of all the users in your DTN TABS database. The report includes the user’s name and login, as well as the user’s authorization level and code. This page can be viewed and used by authorized users only.

How does DTN TABS know when a third party relationship exists?

If there is a different Shipper ID, blanks, or 000 in the Real-time Auth record, DTN TABS is alerted that an additional customer authorization is required. When this field is equal, only one authorization is processed. DTN TABS uses the Exchange ID as a Seller Consignee Number. The Exchange ID is provided to the seller by the shipper.
