Deny Alerts overview

The Deny Alerts page sets up the following types of alerts:

  • Credit Deny: issues an alert whenever a load is denied based on a credit allocation being exhausted.

  • Product Deny: delivers an alert whenever a load is denied based on a product allocation being exhausted.

  • Customer Setup for Product/Credit Alert: distributes an alert for the specified consignee or consignee group whenever a credit or product deny to load is issued for that consignee or consignee group.

  • Setup Deny Alert: issues an alert when a load is denied based on a setup error either at the terminal or within the DTN TABS database.

NOTE: To deactivate an alert instead of deleting it, clear the Activate Alert box. The alert is deactivated but remains in your DTN TABS database where it can be re-activated at a future date.
