Rack Marketers are approved by a supplier who either has an inventory position or an exchange relationship with an inventory holder at terminals. You can setup a rack marketer that is approved by an inventory position holder.
Here’s how to approve a rack marketer:

From the Admin menu, select TABS Marketers. The Approved Marketers page opens and displays all existing approved Rack Marketers.

To approve a new Rack Marketer, click New
. The New page opens. -
From the Marketer column, select the marketer to approve.

Select the View Allocations check box to allow the Rack Marketer to view allocations through DTN TABS. These product allocations can be seen in Allocation Reports. For informational purposes, you can select the Sold To that represents the Rack Marketer that you are approving.

Click the Save link. The marketer appears as a Seller for the rack marketer to select from in the Marketer Consignee page.
