Terminal Product Performance Alerts

Adding a terminal product performance alert

Location: Alerts > Terminal Product Performance

The Terminal Product Performance page provides alerts that monitor the liftings for each product at a terminal and notifies when the liftings are within a specified percentage of the total allocation amount. The Terminal Product Performance alert also monitors liftings for a group of products.

Here’s how to add a terminal product performance alert:

1. Click Add.

2. Select the terminal by either scrolling through the list provided or entering in a portion of the name and selecting from the filtered list.

3. Select the product by either scrolling through the list provided or entering in a portion of the name and selecting from the filtered list.

4. Select UOM Type from drop down box.  Options are:

• • Volume
  • Weight

5. Check the Percentage of Allocation and enter the percentage. Options are:

• • All
  • Daily
  • Weekly
  • Monthly
  • Tri-Monthly
  • Custom

6. Select the send address from the Alert Sender Address field.  This is the email address that sends the notification of the alert.

7. Select the receiver and contacts that should receive this alert from the Alert Receiver Lists and Contacts field.

8. Click the Paper Clip icon to add the list or contact

9. Repeat steps 7 and 8 for additional alert recipients.

10. Click Save.
