Reports available through the BOL Reports (Reports > BOL Reports) panel are:

  • Admin Activity Report provides a summary of administrative activities that have been performed within your DTN TABS system during a specified period. You can use it to track records added, updated or deleted; ADMLODs performed; BOLs received; and reports generated.

  • BOL History (BOLS > BOL History > Backup BOL Data) allows you to re-retrieve any previously received BOL files.

  • BOL Viewer is an historical view of your BOLs that are either waiting to be received or already received. The report returns information only if you have received files from a sending partner and you have selected to receive the BOLs for the customer. (This selection must be setup through the Consignee and Terminal pages.)

  • Lifting Report lists the net gallons of product lifted at a terminal for a specified time frame. Net gallons can be listed by product and terminal, product and consignees with terminals, or product and terminal with consignees.

  • Real time Transaction Report provides a view of transaction processing at each of your terminals while data is in the process of being transmitted and received. With this report you can view when a transaction request was made and how long it took for the response to complete.

  • Get BOL  (BOLS > Download BOL > Receive BOL) generates a summary of all BOLs waiting to be received before a specified cut off time (in minutes).Previously received BOLs are not included in this report.

  • Terminal Activity Report provides an end of day summary of activity on a terminal by terminal basis. It shows you the number of records posted by transaction type, and lets you view activity on a terminal by terminal basis so that you can pro-actively troubleshoot any problems. The report includes the number of customers authorized to load product,the number of authorized customers who finished loading product and for whom a BOL was sent, and the number of customers loaded without authorization.

  • Transaction Log Report lets you view activity on a terminal by terminal basis so that you can pro-actively troubleshoot any problems. The report includes the number of customers authorized to load product,the number of authorized customers who finished loading product and for whom a BOL was sent,and the number of customers loaded without authorization. You can use the report to generate a list of all transactions that were successfully completed. Or you can run a report on all transactions that involved deny code.

  • Transaction Log Pro Report lets you view activity on a terminal by terminal basis so you can proactively troubleshoot any problems. This report differs from the Transaction Log Report in that with this report you can select Terminal Name and Customer Name as opposed to Terminal ID and Terminal Number. That makes this report easier for users to find the information they need.

  • Unreconciled BOL Viewer is an historical view of BOLs that are unreconciled.
