The Deny Alerts page (Alerts > Deny) lets you set up the following types of alerts:

·         Credit Deny issues an alert whenever a load is denied based on a credit allocation being exhausted.

·         Product Deny issues an alert whenever a load is denied based on a product allocation being exhausted.

·         Customer Alert issues an alert to the specified consignee or consignee group whenever a deny to load is issued for that consignee or consignee group.

·         Setup Alert issues an alert when a load is denied based on a setup error either at the terminal or within the DTN TABS database.
